1. A limit of one online entry per individual and per e-mail address for each separate online promotion unless otherwise specified. Subsequent entries determined to be submitted from the same email address or from the same individual using multiple email addresses in violation of this rule will be declared ineligible.

2. All entries received within the initial Twenty-thousand entries will be eligible for our HOME THEATRE GIVEAWAY (for giveaway details, see prizespecs.php) (Giveaway No. 00000001) You will automatically be entered into this Giveaway by completing and submitting the sweepstakes entry form.  Upon receipt of your timely entry, a ticket number will be assigned to you at winatheater.com headquarters.

3. The HOME THEATER GIVEAWAY number that matches the winning number for Giveaway No. 00000001 wins.  You will win a prize of a Home Theater System with a retail value of $15,000.00 if you submit a timely entry from this promotion and have the number that matches the winning number.

4. You may receive multiple entry opportunities into our ongoing Giveaways. Various presentations of these Giveaways using various prizes/prize values may be presented to the public. The winning entry will be eligible for the prize configuration promoted at winatheater.com from which it comes. A winner's prize may be supplemented up to the maximum amount of the Giveaway at the option of winatheater.com.

5. Unless otherwise specified, if the matching winning number from a Giveaway has not been returned at giveaway end, the minimum prize registered amount alone is guaranteed to be awarded to an alternate winner by second chance random drawing among eligible entries at giveaway end. In the unlikely event the winning number is duplicated for any Giveaway, there will be a random drawing among such inadvertently duplicated numbers to determine a winner. In case of a dispute, winning entry will be deemed made by the holder of an established e-mail account associated with the entry.

6. Prizes will be provided as follows:  All prizes will be delivered via certified ground delivery or air delivery, at the option of winatheater.com, within 90 days of confirmation of giveaway winner.

7. How to enter our Giveaways. To become eligible for the Giveaways from this promotion, whether you order or not, simply click the Enter Now button found on the winatheater.com homepage and follow the instructions. Other opportunities to enter these and other giveaways may be found on the winatheater.com homepage, delivered to you through permission-based email or through links on other websites. Simply follow the directions to enter. NO PURCHASE IS EVER NECESSARY TO ENTER TO WIN!

8. Winners will be notified by mail or in person at our option. Entrant named on winning entry will be considered the winner. Winner must be located and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility within 30 days or we will select an alternate winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and photograph in television commercials, in website promotions, and for other promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

9. WINATHEATER.COM Board of Judges' decisions are final. Giveaways may be ended early for promotional purposes, and if so, all eligible entries will be included and the winner selection method will not change. Taxes are winner's responsibility. Giveaways are limited to U.S. residents only. DRAFT NOTE—CHECK ELIGIBILITY OUT OF US. Principals and employees of winatheater.com, their affiliates and subsidiaries, their contest processors, their immediate families and the Board of Judges are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply.
